Here then are <strong>recommended itineraries<\/strong> to enjoy <strong>Bergamo delicacies<\/strong> and appreciate the local cuisine. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">You can't say you've really visited a place if you don't try, at least once, its most typical dishes!<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; color: black;\"><strong>Tasting Valcalepio wine<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: black;\"><strong>DOC wine since 1976<\/strong>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.valcalepio.org\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Valcalepio<\/a><\/span> is a flagship product for Bergamo's wine and food industry and for the Italian peninsula. Appreciated by locals and tourists alike, this tasty drink is the result of the marriage of two important grape varieties: <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>Merlot<\/strong> (40% to 75%) and <strong>the Cabernet Sauvignon<\/strong> (25% to 60%). These vines are cultivated with passion in the most favourable areas of the <strong>bergamasque hills<\/strong>.
