It is precisely at times like these that the aperitif becomes more than just a simple break: it becomes an opportunity to get together, have a chat, share experiences and treat yourself to a little pleasure.<\/p>\n<p>The tradition of the aperitif is deeply rooted in Italian hospitality. A glass of wine, a few tasty treats and the right company are often enough to turn an ordinary day into a special occasion. That\u2019s why, with the arrival of the warmer months, we\u2019ve decided to open our outdoor area to anyone who simply wants to enjoy an aperitif in a peaceful and welcoming setting.<\/p>\n<p>And so our<strong> Summer Aperitif, available from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, Thursday to Sunday.<br \/>\n<\/strong>The experience includes savoury treats prepared by Gaia and a drink of your choice from our drinks list.<br \/>\nA simple way to experience the atmosphere of the Hotel Parigi 2 even without staying there \u2013 whether to meet friends, celebrate a special occasion or simply treat yourself to a night out with a difference.<\/p>\n<p>The aperitif is available by reservation only.<br \/>\nWe look forward to seeing you there to raise a glass to summer together.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019estate ha un modo tutto suo di rallentare il ritmo delle giornate.
