Right of withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty, as provided by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For services, including vouchers, the period runs from the day of purchase.

How to exercise it

Fill in the form below. Once your request has been registered, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. The refund will be made within the legal time limits that apply to your purchase.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code exclude certain categories of goods and services from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The cases that may apply to this shop are listed below.

Digital content downloaded with your express consent

If you buy digital content (downloadable files, streaming video, online courses with immediate access, software licences, etc.) and expressly request its immediate supply, acknowledging that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the 14-day period no longer applies: Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code. Your express consent is collected at checkout.

Services commenced during the withdrawal period at your request

If you ask us to start providing a service before the 14 days have expired, you can still withdraw, but you must pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided: Art. 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 57(3) of the Italian Consumer Code. Your express request is collected at checkout.

Goods made to measure, perishable, sealed for hygiene reasons or sealed media

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, and sealed audio, video or software recordings unsealed after delivery: Art. 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Accommodation, rentals, catering or leisure services on a set date

Services tied to a specific date or period of performance are excluded from the right of withdrawal: accommodation for non-residential purposes (hotels, holiday homes), vehicle rental, transport of goods, catering and leisure services such as event tickets: Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

The withdrawal acknowledgement will be sent to this address.
You can find it in the confirmation email we sent you.
If you have selected partial withdrawal, list the products affected here.
