Summer has a way of slowing down the pace of life.
The evenings are getting longer, the sun is taking its time to set, and the desire to spend a few moments outdoors – away from the daily grind, in good company, and why not, sipping a drink – is growing. It is precisely at times like these that the aperitif becomes more than just a simple break: it becomes an opportunity to get together, have a chat, share experiences and treat yourself to a little pleasure.
The tradition of the aperitif is deeply rooted in Italian hospitality. A glass of wine, a few tasty treats and the right company are often enough to turn an ordinary day into a special occasion. That’s why, with the arrival of the warmer months, we’ve decided to open our outdoor area to anyone who simply wants to enjoy an aperitif in a peaceful and welcoming setting.
And so our Summer Aperitif, available from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, Thursday to Sunday.
The experience includes savoury treats prepared by Gaia and a drink of your choice from our drinks list.
A simple way to experience the atmosphere of the Hotel Parigi 2 even without staying there – whether to meet friends, celebrate a special occasion or simply treat yourself to a night out with a difference.
The aperitif is available by reservation only.
